1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms govern the access to ranvirmehta.com and the purchase of digital products/services including courses, consultancy, website, app, software design, and Automation building. By using this Site, you accept these Terms in full.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you may use our courses or services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

4. ORDERS, PRICING & GST

– All prices listed on the Site are EXCLUSIVE of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be added during checkout. – Payments are processed via Razorpay in INR or USD. – We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including course videos, code snippets, and design templates, are the intellectual property of Ranvir Mehta. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LIABILITY

– LIMITATION: Our services often rely on third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, OpenAI, Integrately, Zapier, Meta). We are NOT liable for any downtime, API changes, or service terminations caused by these third parties. – NO WARRANTY: Services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that AI or Automation tools will be error-free or perpetually compatible with third-party updates.

7. DELIVERY TIMELINES

– Standard services (Web/App design) require a minimum of 15 business days. Exact timelines depend on the project scope. – Digital courses are delivered via automatic access, though technical delays may occasionally occur.

8. CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Consultancy is charged on a per-hour basis. Sessions must be utilized within the agreed timeframe and are subject to the availability of the expert.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Ranvir Mehta against any claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar, Rajasthan.
