Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01/12/2025

1. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products (online courses, recorded content, and live training), Ranvir Mehta follows a strict NO REFUND policy once access is granted or the session has commenced.

2. SERVICE CANCELLATIONS

For customized services (Web Design, Software Development, Automation): – If a client requests a cancellation after work has commenced, a Cancellation Fee (proportionate to the work completed) will be applied. – All Payment Gateway charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable and will be deducted from any agreed-upon partial refund.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds will only be considered in these specific cases: – Definitive proof of non-delivery of the digital product due to a technical fault on our part, which could not be rectified within 7 days. – Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.

4. REQUEST PROCEDURE

To request a refund review, email rm@ranvirmehta.com with your Order / Payment ID and reason. We will respond within 5-7 working days.

5. TIMELINES

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

6. CUSTOM WORK & CONSULTANCY

Bespoke software, custom automation builds, and consultancy hours are strictly non-refundable once the project has started or the session has been conducted.
